Diptyque - Luxury Fragrance House has established itself as one of the leading, innovative brands in the home and personal fragrance market today. We are recruiting an experienced, and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to master the art of retaining and acquiring customers on the complex and ever-changing landscape of digital. This role will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of marketing materials for the digital team.
This role will report to the E-Commerce and Digital Senior Director overseeing North America and Canada. This person will have a strong collaboration with Global Paid Media, CRM and Marketing teams as well as local retail, CRM, Marketing, wholesale field sales, e-Commerce and Customer Service.
Key Accountabilities
Paid Media Strategy, Planning and Execution
- Responsible for the planning and campaign management of all paid channels including: Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, CTV, Search
- Review and assist with SEO content to ensure alignment with best practices that drive organic growth.
- Adapt global digital media guidelines to align with the preferences and behaviors of the U.S. consumer audience, optimizing for e-commerce revenue objectives
- Lead day-to-day management of local media agency including campaign set up and ad trafficking
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and evolve marketing, including but not limited to new channels, partners, creative, messaging, audiences, and segmentation.
- Responsible for continued monitoring across campaign KPIs, specifically traffic and ROAS
- Oversee US paid media budget, including spend tracking, billing/rebilling, and reconciliation with Finance team
- Collaborate with retail marketing teams to assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives that support new boutique openings.
- Support in paid media content planning and creation in partnership with Global HQ, ensuring assets adhere to platform-specific digital best practices and standards.
- Drive efficiency in Affiliate performance
- Assist Senior Director in forecasting paid media spend for 3 to 5 year plan and goals
- Ability to gather insights from data and foresee new opportunities and next steps from analysis, and present in meaningful way
- Compile analytics and performance data for daily monitoring reports, campaign wrap-up reports, and presentations.

- Actively follow the promotions, creatives, advertisements, emails of Diptyque`s top competitors.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Who You Are
- A proactive and solution-oriented self-starter.
- An early adopter and engaged user of leading U.S. social/media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Willing and able to learn new tasks quickly with careful attention to detail.
- Interested in and experienced with the luxury and fragrance space, paid media/social landscape, and marketing.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with a proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
- Proficient in all Microsoft programming
- Has strong business acumen with prior digital experience.
Key Requirements
- Four-year degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience either agency or client side.
- Some experience with SEO optimization or reporting is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tool
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
