Bud's Goods & Provisions is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Growth Officer to drive the company's strategic growth initiatives and expand our footprint in the cannabis industry. As CGO, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience strategies to ensure sustained revenue growth and brand recognition.
Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will identify and execute innovative opportunities to scale our business, enhance market penetration, and maximize profitability. Job Duties
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for driving revenue, market share, and overall business growth in alignment with the company's mission and goals.
- Oversee Sales and Marketing Efforts Lead and align sales and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Drive Business Development Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions to expand the company's reach.

Experience And Education
- Extensive Leadership Experience (10+ Years): Proven track record in senior leadership roles, such as VP of Growth, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Success in identifying new market opportunities, launching initiatives, and scaling operations.
- Deep understanding of the company's industry and its competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements in the sector.
- Experience in developing and executing growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, or global expansion.
