Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing planning, execution, and strategy for the Division.
Manage and develop the Marketing Team.
Collaborate with leadership to address business challenges and opportunities.
Develop strategic insights on marketing issues and influence decisions.
Leverage paid, owned, and earned media for effective messaging.
Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and adjust plans as needed.
Provide regular KPI reports to leadership.
Develop and manage annual marketing and media budgets.
Track lead generation and progress toward sign-up goals.
Create and execute marketing plans for community priorities.
Oversee new community launches and ensure milestones are met.
Collaborate on local PR efforts and monitor competitors.
Adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

Management Responsibilities:

Guide marketing team development.
Ensure proper staffing and recruit talent.
Delegate tasks based on team skills.
Evaluate performance and plan compensation.
Provide growth and coaching opportunities.
