Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in a remote capacity while reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our overarching business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Oversee the entirety of marketing operations and analytics to ensure effectiveness and clarity in our initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team of 10-15 talented professionals, attracting top-tier talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment in marketing campaigns and initiatives across the organization.
- Drive the launch of new product features and services in partnership with the leadership team.
- Elevate brand presence through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and meaningful participation in industry events.
- Promote client awareness and adoption of our platform.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Provide insightful reports on marketing performance to the executive team, offering actionable recommendations.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- A passion for serving clients and achieving impactful results.
- Proven ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking, crafting compelling strategies through storytelling and data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and lead diverse teams.
