Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership by formulating and articulating a compelling marketing vision that aligns with the company’s overarching objectives.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team of over 20 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to support both local and international expansion efforts.
- Drive revenue growth through dynamic marketing initiatives, partnering with executive management to establish and achieve ambitious financial targets.
- Oversee comprehensive marketing activities, including digital and traditional advertising, social media engagement, email outreach, events, and overall brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams to convey brand narratives and formulate long-term marketing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and brand recognition.
- Establish metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, leading to actionable insights that inform continuous improvement.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- At least 15 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership position within a high-growth context.
- Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build and manage successful marketing teams, with experience leading teams of 20 or more.
- Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to work an average of 50+ hours per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience in ticketing platforms or experiential products is advantageous.
