About the Role
We are seeking a creative, analytical and forward-thinking E-commerce Marketing Associate (Email, SMS, loyalty). You should have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and best practices that drive conversions, sales, brand loyalty and customer loyalty. You will also work closely with the product team, social team, and external vendors to generate ideas and drive the overall success of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Strong & creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented.
- CRM Email & SMS Marketing using tools such as Klaviyo & Postscript.
- Optimize segmentation strategies and lead capture strategies to drive list growth.
- Experience using Google Analytics, or Looker and/or other website and retail analytics systems. Planning and execution of email and SMS strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with the product team and social team on executing brand, product and promotional strategies, new product launches and brand storytelling.
- Leverage website metrics, merchandising metrics and customer insights to recommend and implement campaigns and website improvements, as well as continual improvements to conversion rates, margin, website experience, brand experience and customer loyalty.
- Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Participate as an integral part of the marketing team that develops brand strategies, product strategies, promotional strategies, and loyalty strategies.
