As part of the U.S. Marketing and Menu Strategy team, you will be part of defining brand and business growth by:
- Using consumer, competitive and marketplace data, to contribute to short term and long-term brand and marketing strategy development
- Monitoring performance, understanding drivers of the business, and building strategies and go to market plans to drive growth
- Leading cross functional teams, comprised of other marketing functions, consumer insights, operations, culinary, finance and supply chain partners
- Supporting the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and calendar
- Ensuring consumer go-to-market process and always on omni-channel approach support the strategic intent of the marketing plan, answer the business problems to solve, and deliver on the KPIs
- Providing ad hoc team support, including budget coordination, meeting support, and Owner/Operator Committee coordination

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050-$108,810

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience working across marketing disciplines
- Experience in marketing required; Brand Strategy and/or Creative Strategy experience preferred
- Executional proficiency – experience working with cross-functional project teams
- Effective verbal and written communication; experience writing Briefs and/or Executive Memos preferred
- Time management
- Curiosity and desire to learn
- Prior experience or demonstrated familiarity with marketing
