• Worksite Location: Onsite in Torrance location (HP1)
THE ROLE:
The NAM Product Training and Education Specialist will help develop product training and education content aligned with the regional education strategy to ensure that departmental strategies and objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of Nutrition. This role will partner with key Distributor Leaders, the Product Marketing Team, and cross-functional departments in order to improve Client Nutrition’s business growth through education.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Lead the creation of educational tools (Reference Guides, Presentations, Q&A, etc.) that to support key new product launches in North America that are in alignment with brand positioning and product messaging.
• Lead the development of region-specific product education and training videos, digital and print education materials and marketing campaigns associated to these, to promote existing and new products launches for the region.
Further develop and maintain the team’s learning content library according to established training framework.
• Work with regional cross functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing and Sports Sponsorships to lead the development of training presentations to support key Distributor events and various business initiatives including Leadership Development Weekends, Success Training Seminars, Extravaganza, New President’s Team Retreats and Opportunity Meetings.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Member Education Team on the ongoing creation and release of product training and education content for the regionalized Distributor education mobile platform, HN Grow.
• Organize and lead the Doctor / Expert Product Training Calls for Distributors, Preferred Members and Customers based on the regional product training strategy.
• Present key regional product education initiatives to Distributor leadership on monthly calls and support with key product education discussions with NAM Distributor Committees as required, partnering on relevant activities with regional Sales, Marketing and Operations Team in support of various business methods such as Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Challenges, Preferred Member Programs, etc.

• Fluent in oral and written Spanish
• Ability to travel up to 25%
Experience:
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience working for a multi-level marketing, direct sales company or other third-party reseller model with exposure to product, marketing, communications, consumer relations, sales, or related fields.
• Good public speaking skills with a history of training, coaching or addressing larger audiences particularly on key product, sales, or related initiatives.
• Fluent in presentation development (PPT or similar program) and writing of training or education content
• Experience in the Training and Education
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field.
• May consider candidates with an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, amounting to High School diploma and 10-12 years of experience in product, marketing, communications, consumer relations, sales, or related fields.
