The ideal candidate will have:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or advertising.
· At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in health, wellness or pharmaceutical industries
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Proficiency in multichannel marketing programs:websites, retail stores, direct mail, email, mobile, etc
· Professional proficiency in written and spoken Spanish (in order to communicate with Mexican Corporate office)
· Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings
· Availability to travel up to 10% of the time – with potential international travel to Mexico
Essential Job Functions:
· Contribute to planning and administration of company programs and initiatives that promote the Strategic Global Marketing area's agenda.
· Implement organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field.
· Deliver analysis of market drivers, changes, and competition to inform decision making.
· Develop and execute channel roadmaps, continuously experiment to test new hypothesis and new channels.
· Optimize and grow existing campaigns balancing KPIs including conversions volume, CAC and ROAS.
· Create ad hoc weekly and monthly performance reports of your channels based on KPIs.
· End to end ownership of operational initiatives behind marketing campaigns including planning, set up campaign & tracking, media buying & management, testing, analysis and optimization.
· Develop methodology to evaluate marketing opportunities and threats.
· Communicate strategically with internal and external marketing agencies to implement marketing programs.
· Manage operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs

Experience Requirements:
· Experience creating marketing documents
· Experience creating documents to inform professional audiences (preferably with experience in health, wellness and pharmaceutical industries)
· 3 plus years’ experience developing and implementing successful strategic marketing plans
· Development of messaging and multichannel marketing content experience
· Experience with oversight and outcomes driven marketing reporting
· 2 years’ experience with community based marketing/advertising
