Influencer Marketing Associate Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 2 Days/Week)

Overview: We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to support strategy execution and campaign management in the beauty and lifestyle space. This role is crucial for driving campaign success, managing influencer relationships, and supporting overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns (earned and paid).
Identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships across platforms.
Support content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.
Track campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
Foster strong relationships with influencers, ensuring their engagement and support throughout campaigns.
Mentor junior team members and encourage collaboration.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of influencer marketing experience with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of influencer outreach, relationship building, and campaign execution.
Proficient in analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr, AspireIQ).
Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities and audience engagement insight.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and executing US-based campaigns.
Comfortable presenting in meetings and managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta).
