Job Summary
The Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue for our retail brand. This role is responsible for building cohesive, customer-centric marketing journeys and amplifying campaigns across digital, in-store, social, email, loyalty programs, and other key touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment and is adept at analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall brand goals and drives measurable results.
- Spearhead cross-functional campaign planning with teams including digital, social media, email, content, e-commerce, loyalty, and in-store marketing.
- Champion customer-focused strategic planning and ensure channel-specific amplification.
- Drive big-picture thinking that connects dots to enable and implement compelling, online-to-offline experiences that elevate the brand’s identity, deliver sustained engagement, brand loyalty, and incremental demand.
- Customer Insights, Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends, optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversion.
- Support the development of measurement frameworks + reporting processes that can be utilized cross-functionally
- Own reporting processes for the Creative Marketing function including measuring, analyzing, and developing hindsights, quarterly reviews, and campaign ROI analysis
- Leverage CRM data to target and segment audiences effectively, building personalized consumer journeys ensuring personalized experiences across touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships and partner closely with the Creative Marketing team as well as E-commerce, Merch, Sales, and Retail Operations teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging and customer experiences.
- Work alongside PR and Social Media teams to amplify brand messages across platforms and ensure synergy between paid, earned, and owned channels..
- Brand Management.
- Partner with Brand Creative Operations to shepherd the brand marketing process for campaigns, ensuring 360 campaign amplification and consumer connection.
- Support Brand Collaborations ensuring GTM channel cohesion and amplification
- Partner with Creative to build brand toolkits for stores, partners + stakeholders ensuring consistency across consumer experiences
- Budget Management & ROI
- Manage the integrated brand marketing budget, ensuring monthly accounts are up-to-date and quarterly reconciliation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining campaign impact and quality.
- Retail Marketing
- Partner with store teams to develop differentiated in-store initiatives, experiences and unique offerings that generate foot-traffic and incremental demand
- Connect dots between merchandising, retail, and creative marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand experience
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of integrated + retail marketing professionals
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within a retail, consumer goods, or DTC environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Salary Range: $136,000.00 - $170,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
