What We're Looking For:
The Community Manager will be responsible for cultivating an active, loyal, and positive community that amplifies our brand values, supports growth, and strengthens relationships with our online and in person audience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Actively manage and grow Happy V's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for creative commenting and viral engagement to insert Happy V into cultural conversations.
- Maintaining brand voice on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Cultivating our VIP community for loyal fans and customers.
- Updating and optimizing our social response guide.
- Analyzing and executing new ways to improve customer engagement.
- Partner with the marketing, creative, and product teams to execute cohesive campaigns that support product launches, brand moments, and key initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Communicating core brand messaging and supporting overall marketing efforts (such as influencer activations and product launches)
- Escalate consumer inbounds to key channel leads.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on community metrics and insights.
- Proposing effective strategies for community growth and enhanced engagement.
- Help coordinate in-person community events and engage with community members at our IRL events.
- Provide weekly updates on community insights, trending conversations, comments, and complaints on our social channels (or competitor channels) for reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer relations, marketing, and/or talent management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives and lines of communication
- Experience with community engagement tools like Dash Hudson
- Dedicated experience in consumer communication across social (primarily Instagram and TikTok, but could also include Youtube, Pinterest, + Twitch)
- Prior experience in growing and scaling a digital community is a HUGE plus
