This role is responsible for content management and implementation throughout our several social media platforms. Be able to stay up to date with trends, topics, and Crumbl’s style guide. Understand the different tones, styles, and verbiage for each platform and their users. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Social Media who ensures that their work follows Crumbl’s strategy for each platform.
Please note, this role is a full time hourly position, typically working 30-40 hours per week. This role requires employees to work at least 2 weekends per month, for 1-3 hours each weekend day. Responsibilities during weekend working hours will be mainly focused on posting on assigned platforms, and troubleshooting as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned social media platforms
- Coordinate content calendars for assigned platforms
- Post on assigned platforms Monday through Sunday or as needed
- Write copy for all posts on assigned platforms
- Communicate necessary deliverables to the creative teams
- Manage social media giveaways
- Liaise with online communities including FB groups, etc.
- Source User Generated Content (UGC) for social media posts as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Social Media experience preferred but not required
- Social media management, Social media creation, community engagement and scheduling and coordination.
- Any relevant certifications a bonus
- Any relevant licenses a bonus
