Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an Event Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic Event Marketing team. This individual will assist Event Marketing Managers in the planning, coordinating and execution of tradeshows, events, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist tradeshow coordinators with the planning and execution of tradeshows and events
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars and preparing documents
- Logistics coordination, venue booking and vendor communication
- Event registration, attendee communication
- General administrative support
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an event marketing, tradeshow coordinator or similar role
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Expense/budget management experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset – ability to work collaboratively with various team members
- Proficiency in MS Office Suit – pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
