Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join the team and support our diverse range of award-winning Chicago restaurants! This role will be specifically supporting acclaimed
Chef Lee Wolen and his restaurants: Boka, Alla Vita, GG’s Chicken Shop, the forthcoming Zarella Pizzeria & Taverna, and Elliott Aster (St. Petersburg, FL). The number of accounts may fluctuate depending on team needs.

We're hiring a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to grow our brand presence on social media, while also supporting our overall marketing initiatives for each restaurant. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you'll bring creativity and authenticity to our content strategy, while connecting our restaurant and marketing efforts. We're seeking someone who is excited to spearhead the building, management, and execution of marketing campaigns for in-restaurant promotions while serving as the primary link between marketing and restaurant teams.

- Availability to travel quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate clear communication of restaurant promotions and objectives to the marketing team, serving as the main point of contact between marketing and restaurant teams for coordinating campaigns, project management, events, promotions, and other marketing-related initiatives.
- Curate and oversee social media postings on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop monthly content calendars in Later to align with restaurant messaging objectives and brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Manager to execute strategic directions for each restaurant, ensuring content aligns with respective business goals.
- Monitor and engage with audiences for multiple restaurant social media channels, adhering to established brand and community guidelines.
- Execute daily social media posting and scheduling across all platforms.
- Foster elevated engagement through active community management on social media channels.
- Maintain hospitality standards by promptly addressing guest messages or comments, escalating issues to the appropriate restaurant team as necessary.
- Stay abreast of social media marketing trends, explore new channels, and share insights with the team.
- Provide support for day-to-day photography & videography needs.
- Track and report content performance monthly.
- Expectation to be onsite in restaurants up to 5 days per week to develop content and build relationships with restaurant teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly for engaging social media posts.
- Experience managing large-scale social accounts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Self-motivated, capable of thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments.
- Organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Availability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to manage and respond to guest messages and be onsite for events and to capture in-restaurant experiences.
- Preferred hospitality industry experience.
