Your Impact
Hearst’s Performance Marketing team works strategically with Affiliate Partnerships, Programmatic Yield, and Edit teams to launch, optimize, and analyze search & social campaigns to drive high-performing traffic across our digital brands. As a part of this team, the
Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for media buying and traffic acquisition across self-serve tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, possess a passion for analytics, and get excited about learning new skills.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Launch and maintain paid media campaigns including setting them up, selecting creative images, writing and editing ad copy, and managing campaign performance.
- Run and analyze campaign reporting to determine optimization opportunities for your portfolio of campaigns.
- Collaborate, share results, and brainstorm with other team members to help shape campaign strategy.
- Provide feedback to our edit teams on which topics and types of content are resonating with our audiences.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with large data sets and adept at organizing and interpreting data
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Commerce, digital media, search, or social buying experience is a plus, but not required
The base salary for this role is $65,000. The base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Based in New York, NY hybrid in-office schedule.
