Clearyst°, a leading sustainability technology platform, is seeking a talented and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing Clearyst's marketing strategies to promote our SaaS based sustainability solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to define and align all brand visions, enhance market presence, and generate leads.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
- Manage the company website, ensuring it effectively communicates the value proposition and drives conversions
- Serve as the business owner of revenue operations and marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Lead and execute a multi-channel content strategy, production process, and editorial calendar for the entire enterprise
- Produce marketing collateral, including product case studies, sales presentations, and press releases
- Manage, measure, and analyze the success, trends, and insights of all digital marketing channels, including social, email, SEO, and sponsorships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Clearyst's marketing strategies remain innovative and effective

Requirements
- General experience working for a SaaS startup
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG practices
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing multiple product lines, portfolio or operating companies a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
