VP, Sales & Marketing- Innovative Capital Equipment—Life Sciences
Our client is a leader in their sector with a reputation for excellence and innovation in life sciences solutions. We are seeking a new Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the business, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing road maps for achieving targeted sales growth, while building a successful, high-performance sales team.
This individual must have a past track record of sales growth success with experience in implementing and organizing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining key relationships. You will lead the transformation of the internal administrative processes for the sales and marketing organizations to create a more efficient and “best practices”-focused foundation for the group. Ideally you will have spent career time in large corporate environments but have shown the ability to take sales strategies and best practices and implement them creatively and effectively in a middle-market entrepreneurial enterprise, working with rep organizations and distributor channels, as well as major account management structures.
A successful candidate will possess a proven background in sales in the Capital Equipment sector, particularly in the Medical or Life Sciences segments, and ideally have worked with rep organizations, distributors and other one-step or two-step channels.
