Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing, coordinating, and actively participating in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. As the head of the marketing team, the ideal candidate must have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of marketing, particularly within the fashion industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We seek an experienced, creative, self-starter who is enthusiastic and results-driven to join our team and make a significant impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the team's growth strategy to achieve the company's marketing and promotional goals.
- Direct and implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities.
- Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Plan brand promotion activities to elevate the company's brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration on cooperative projects.
- Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Stay updated on emerging products and services.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department's operating budget.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- In-depth understanding of market developments, marketing strategies, and practices, particularly in the fashion industry.
- Proven experience and results in leading a brand or product to successfully reach marketing and sales goals.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing concepts and strategies.
- Strong knowledge and capabilities to create strategic marketing plans, and design and conduct multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with external service providers.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion marketing.
- 1-2 years of management experience.
- Experience with brand management, PR, and department stores preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to participate in occasional conference calls with international teams.
- Willingness to work onsite.
