Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager or Director of Revenue / Marketing Operations to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and build an excellent team of mid and junior career marketers and lead gen engineers.
You will support clients by setting strategy for revenue operations including top of funnel, nurture and cross-sell and up-sell campaigns. You will be supported by a team to help execute your strategy and create blog and social posts, status decks, marketing automation sequences, list management and grooming, create and manage website content.
If you are familiar with lead generation principles, have a flair for client communication and understand the importance of tracking sales goals and results we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will come with a strong skill set in marketing automation and developing lead generation pipelines.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5-10 years of previous work experience including regular advancement in both responsibility and comp
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to share multiple examples of successful email, social and lead gen campaigns with measurable results
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Not Required but a MAJOR Bonus:
- Experience in B2B, specifically in heavy industrial
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation technology
Compensation:
DOE
- Sr. AM = Total Comp. $100K | Base: $91,700.00 & Bonus: $8,300.00
- Director = Total Comp. $120K | Base: 100,840.00 Bonus: $9,160.00 + $10K Broken up into Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
