We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team. Based out of our Torrington Connecticut location, you will drive global MarCom transformational initiatives for double digit growth bymanaging a team dedicated to enhancing brand visibility, increasing sales leads, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communications and channels. By developing and managing success through B2B brand management, storytelling, and channel brand awareness, and employing markets, customers, and business analytics expertise to empower strategic effectiveness
Additionally:
- Develop and implement brand-centric content strategy by collaborating with commercial functions to devise data-driven content. Creating high-impact content that inspires customers and guides the MarCom team into crafting compelling storytelling for heightened engagement.
- Lead and empower the brands MarCom team by cultivating a dynamic, innovative, and customer-focused team. Also, by recruiting, developing, mentoring, and fostering a team and culture of purposeful collaboration and high performance.
- Advance business through project management by aligning and driving projects to meet brand objectives and timely completion of initiatives, and facilitating a continuous improvement culture through post-rollout evaluations
- Enhance global messaging and engagement by guiding implementation of a unified brand marketing framework that ensures consistent impact across activities, and transitioning regional Marcom teams into a harmonized global unit
- Support sales partner effectiveness by collaborating with internal regional channel partner managers to develop cobranded marketing and promotional strategies that boost channel partner adoption and drive revenue.
- Generate high-quality sales leads for our distributed brands (principals) by strategically aligning marketing initiatives with principals to maximize market visibility, developing campaigns that support distribution models, generate substantive leads, and enhance conversions.
- Optimize reporting and analytics by developing measurement plans for campaigns and channels, defining success metrics and growth levers, and improving then sustaining resource planning and prioritization.
Requirements
You should have:
- 7+ years of experience of professional B2B marketing experience for an international company
- 4+ years of experience leading a global team
- BA/BS Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with Market Automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience with the full marketing mix across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Flexibility to adjust workday schedule to accommodate global time zones
- Proven track record of success in B2B brand management, storytelling, and building brand awareness across various channels
- High level of creativity
- Independent decision-making capability
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of latest MarTech tools
- Strong business acumen and understanding of analytics that strategies and effectiveness
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in similar, very technical, industry is desired

Salary Range: $103,000 - $154,000
Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of our company's total compensation packages for employees.
