Our growth is necessitating that we find exceptional people to add to our marketing team. The marketing team focusses on generating leads in any way possible, including our own websites and digital and traditional lead sources like PPC, Social, Print and TV. This team interacts with our amazing dealer customers, corporate owned retail locations, lead generation vendors and many departments at Jacuzzi. We're looking for an organized
Marketing Analyst for a high-profile role in the home improvement industry! You will coordinate marketing and advertising projects for our corporate territory locations. The Marketing Analyst role is a hands-on, results-driven marketer who will leverage a passion for marketing and content strategy to deliver growth for the business in digital and traditional channels.
Our ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, analysis, project management, and proofing. They will understand how to use those skills to create a cohesive brand experience for customers and drive leads for sales teams.
- Project manage marketing campaigns that will be utilized across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel company store marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Develop and lead the process for reputation and community management across review platforms and social media
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across a variety of marketing channels
- Track and monitor the performance of various content elements, AB tests, and creative to evolve content and optimize future results
- Utilize CRM to pull data and analyze performance of marketing programs
- Keep organized tracking documents for all vendors and internal resources
- Act as a brand steward locally. Promote message and graphic continuity across all platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, marketing, design, creative writing, or related field
- 2+ years in marketing/advertising
- Experience working in social media platforms for brands
- Ability to work independently with excellent project and time management skill
- Experience working with multiple business stakeholders, helping articulate marketing requirements
- Inspiring, engaging, and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Compensation: $55,000+ (Depending on experience)
