Hey! Are you bursting with creative ideas and love bringing them to life? As our Jr. Experiential Marketing Manager, you’ll dive into the world of experiential marketing, helping us plan, coordinate, and execute amazing events and campaigns that wow our audiences.
What You’ll do:
- Help develop and bring to life awesome experiential marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and organizing epic events like product launches, pop-up activations, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
- Coordinate all the details – from picking the perfect venue to managing vendors and keeping track of budgets.
- Create detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets to keep everything running smoothly.
- Jump into brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas and concepts for our events and activations.
- Help create event materials, including signage, displays, and promotional items that stand out.
- Monitor and report on how our experiential marketing campaigns are performing and how we can make them even better.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all event planning and execution steps.
- Stay in the know about industry trends and bring fresh, new ideas to the team.
What We’re looking for:
- A keen interest in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Bonus Points:
· Familiarity with social media and content marketing strategies is a plus.
