Job Description:
Willow is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and focus on bringing consumers (investors looking for a financial advisor) to our platform. This individual will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. It's an exciting time for Willow! Reporting directly to the VP/Head of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for leading our digital and email marketing efforts to attract and engage consumers. You will bolster company communications and outreach strategies that span public relations, SEO, social media, paid digital, email marketing, event marketing and more.
This position requires a strong background in direct to consumer marketing within the financial services/personal finance industry.
- Develop and manage an end-to-end demand generation strategy that drives inbound traffic to trustwillow.com and audience-specific landing pages by delivering on complete marketing communications plans, from strategy & brief creation to go-to-market tactical plans.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
- Generate engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Understand the competitive landscape and driving actions with agility.
- Fully accountable to marketing performance kpis and business results, with a focus on continual optimization to improve impact and efficiencies.

- Develop SEO strategies to boost organic traffic to trustwillow.com including development of content to drive SEO
About You:
- You have 5+ years of marketing experience
- You have 3+ years of experience specifically focusing on B2C demand generation
- You have experience in personal finance, banking/investing industry with a focus on the consumer
- You have direct experience managing digital marketing efforts at consumers, including display, SEO, keyword search
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills including leveraging new technologies to develop unique content efficiently
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
- You are results-driven, with strong work ethic and initiative to follow through
- You are proficient in Google Workplace Suite, Canva and HubSpot
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You are data driven and can develop accurate reporting and campaign analytics and make optimization recommendations as needed
- You have the ability of developing creative, engaging, and original content
- Partnership and/or affiliate marketing experience is a plus

- Willow is a remote first organization with team members across the country but mostly on the east coast. The position is a virtual/remote position.
