About the Job: We seek a creative and strategic Marketing Director to join BPM Music’s leadership team. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, interaction, and retention, all while staying true to our brand values. You will lead cross-functional efforts, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across all marketing plans and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Develop Initiatives: Create marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, interaction, and retention, ensuring they align with BPM Music's brand values.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead efforts with other departments to implement creative marketing ideas and tasks.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Define and utilize data and customer insights to build effective marketing programs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Streamline Processes: Optimize processes to deliver priority projects efficiently and maintain focus across the marketing team.
- Ensure Alignment: Align marketing plans with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence in all marketing efforts.
- Lead & Oversee: Supervise and direct the delivery of marketing products, services, and functions through the work of subordinate employees.
- Implement Policies: Implement policies, programs, and directives set by BPM Music’s executives.
- Performance Management: Manage pay determinations, hire and termination decisions, and conduct performance reviews.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the music/tech/creative industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficient in using data and customer insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Knowledgeable in marketing strategy, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
Where You'll Be:
- This role will be remote.
- BPM Music offices are located in a vibrant, creative district that fosters innovation and collaboration.
- Travel 1-2 times to San Diego HQ required per quarter.
