Position Overview: Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the marketing and brand execution for multiple brands within our family entertainment center portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, brand strategy development, and possess the ability to give creative direction on web and graphic needs that follow best practices and brand guidelines. This role requires a collaborative individual who will reports directly to the Corporate Marketing Director and will work closely with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and General Managers (GMs) to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Brand Execution:
-Implement and oversee marketing initiatives for multiple brands.
-Develop timelines for execution of campaigns to ensure efficient deployment of a campaign across various departments
-Ensure all marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and objectives.
-Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Marketing to develop and refine brand strategies.
-Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and initiatives.
-Conduct regular reviews to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards.
-Write copy that strategically conveys messaging for each campaign and its many deliverables
- Collaboration with Internal and External Partners and Vendors:
-Work closely with RVPs and GMs to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented correctly at each location.
-Working directly with ad agency, web team, IT department, social media team, email & text deployment, print company and operations to ensure timely launch of campaigns
-Provide guidance and support to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
-Working with Reginal Sales Directors and Sales Managers to manage current event sales collateral as well as developing new collateral needed for sales initiatives
-Edit and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Utilize web-based skills to maintain an engaging and user-friendly online presence.
-Work with web team to take lead on larger developmental projects with the ability to make quick, basic edits when needed
-Communicate with graphic designer to create collateral to be used in a variety of digital, out-of-home and on-park assets.
-Ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines.
-Oversee the implementation of on-park marketing initiatives.
-Ensure marketing materials are positioned correctly and effectively communicate the brand message.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Internally motivated and works well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the family entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
