We are now seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and driven Marketing Manager for Moodle US! This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and our global Marketing team to develop, drive, and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
This is a fully flexible and remote role but
candidates will be based in the Eastern Time Zone preferably.

Requirements
What your new job can look like...
At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Developing and executing the US marketing strategy, working closely with the US Sales team, global Marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the goals of the company
- Creating and delivering high-quality, engaging content across a variety of media, designed to attract potential customers and retain our ever-growing customer base
- Managing and coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to drive revenue, leads, and opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics; using insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform future marketing strategies
- Promoting virtual events, onsite events, and webinars through compelling and creative campaigns
We'd love to meet you...
Especially if you have:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in B2B marketing
- Experience in designing and implementing high-quality operational marketing plans that support business goals, drive brand awareness, and generate leads
- Experience working creatively with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Experience using data and analytics to guide strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
- Competency with marketing automation workflows; with experience using Hubspot
- Ability to take initiative in leading US marketing function, confidence in own ability to successfully execute and produce results
- You thrive in a diverse, global environment and build strong, positive relationships with your stakeholders
