Join Snoozy's close-knit team as a Digital Marketing Manager, a key role driving our paid advertising channels. Collaborate closely with the Founders and Head of Marketing, overseeing strategy, execution, and analysis across all marketing channels to achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and measure D2C acquisition marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, paid search, and other programmatic channels.
- Expand the affiliate network and enhance publisher partnerships, keeping partners informed about business cycles and events, and identifying opportunities for segmentation and special commissions.
- Identify and target new audience segments, optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with retention marketing stakeholders to drive growth and quality of the customer list.
- Create and maintain performance reports, presenting results clearly and making data-driven recommendations.
- Work with design, merchandising, operations, and copywriting teams to maintain marketing calendars and produce accurate marketing assets.
- Ensure timely briefing for asset needs, allowing for copy, design, review, sign-off, and deployment of campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CPG Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a CPG company focusing on e-commerce, or at an advertising agency managing CPG clients.
- Audience Targeting and Ad Optimization: In-depth knowledge of audience targeting and ad optimization techniques, especially for e-commerce sales.
- Budget Management: Ability to plan and adhere to strict budget constraints.
- Proficiency with DPSs: Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Collaborative Skills: Comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Google Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics.
