Who is The CEO’s Right Hand
We are a strategic finance and HR services firm that partners with CEOs and Management to provide fractional (outsourced) finance and HR solutions. We serve as the financial & HR business partners to small/medium businesses looking to scale. Comprised of a team of leaders with decades of experience among us, our firm offers a full suite of strategic financial and HR services to clients who need assistance growing or scaling the business, are resource-constrained and prefer to outsource C-level help, need assistance raising capital or preparing their company for exit. We are industry agnostic and work with a variety of clients across the United States.
The CEO’s Right Hand is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Director to oversee the marketing funnel. As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team and will lead the development and execution of the company’s overall revenue and growth strategy. You will report directly to the CEO, with input from the leadership team as applicable.

- Have demonstrated experience and success within B2B Professional Services
- Have experience marketing to executives, specifically CEOs and founders
- Love a good spreadsheet (we are finance & HR geeks, after all) and have a strong passion for metrics
- Aren’t afraid to dive into the weeds and create content yourself, but know when to delegate or outsource
- Are comfortable working in a remote start-up environment and enjoy taking ownership of departmental vision
Basic Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in a marketing function
- Able to work east coast hours (east coast based highly preferred)
- MBA is a nice-to-have, but is not required
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of the full marketing function to ensure marketing programs and expenditures support company revenue and growth objectives
- Own and deploy the marketing budget across numerous channels, launching new channels and sunsetting underperformers as needed
- Define, measure and report on performance of all marketing activities monthly and quarterly (QBRs), including cost per conversion and cost per acquisition per channel
- Set omni-channel campaign strategy and orchestrate content production and rollout.
- Optimize funnel conversion rates, from first touch to SQL
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, executing as needed
- Manage customer segmentation strategy, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time
- Support sales as needed, maintaining a tight feedback loop to continuously optimize lead quality and messaging
- Champion the voice of the customer across all marketing campaigns and materials
- Hire and manage marketing team members as needed
- Build documentation and SOPs to support future growth
