Arena Financial Services, LLC is the broker-dealer affiliate of Arena, interfacing with institutional investors in branding Arena, Arena's management of investment portfolios, and servicing of client relationships.
Arena is looking build out its sales program, through the addition of a project management marketing associate. This individual will work closely with Arena's sales team, external sales agents, and internal client service and marketing team to continue Arena's strong asset growth. Arena is looking for an individual who is planful and organized, and that would thrive in a role that combines project management with direct investor interface and investment content.
This position can be remote/work from home with a commitment to participate in marketing team meetings in selected Arena offices on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the universe of the largest institutional investors across North America, EMEA and APAC - working with Arena's sales support team to merge the intersection of Arena's activity with relevant industry data to guide strategy and activity
- Project manage marketers' lead generation, opportunity mining, conference activity, and sales. tracking/reporting
- Run sales campaigns. Coordinate tactical follow-ups on opportunities
- Facilitate early stage investor qualification and sales conversations
Requirements
The individual will have strong project management skills, comfort with data and technology-related execution, attention to detail, and strong aptitude/inclination for client service and sales-related activities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, with additional FINRA licenses TBD
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work collaboratively across the organization
