Overview: As a Brand Partnerships Assistant Coordinator at Hollywood Branded, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating strategic partnerships between our clients and prominent media platforms, ensuring seamless integration of products into various forms of entertainment. You will be at the forefront of shaping brand narratives and enhancing visibility across diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with production companies, studios, and networks, focusing on assigned areas such as Production Resources, Studio System, Promotions, and Music Labels.
- Assist in outreach and management of managers and talent agencies to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
- Proactively research and identify production opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Reach out to relevant stakeholders to explore potential partnerships and placements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with production departments, including Set Decoration, Prop Masters, Costume Departments, Transportation, and Craft Services.
- Coordinate outreach efforts and manage partnerships within assigned categories.
- Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and opportunities.
- Compile and disseminate relevant updates and intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Develop concise opportunity documents for smaller projects and comprehensive decks for larger opportunities.
- Present project details, benefits, and collaboration opportunities to potential partners.
- Assist in reviewing script breakdowns to identify potential product placement opportunities.
- Analyze scripts to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand narratives.
- Maintain and update production boards in project management software (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Evaluate finished productions to assess the effectiveness of product placements.
- Create comprehensive reports and capture content for sharing with the client team.
- Generate social media verbiage to highlight client appearances and placements.
- Foster relationships with grassroots organizations, PR teams, and premiere/screening events.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance visibility and promotion of client placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning.
