Position Summary
The Associate Marketing Manager will provide vital assistance in the creation and execution of brand marketing programs and materials. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is interested in learning about brand management. The role includes management of several brands and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand Manager to create marketing programs and strategies
- Manage design projects with outside agencies
- Track marketing programs and validate effectiveness
- Conduct category/brand/competitive set analysis to support strategic planning process
- Assist with industry analysis, tracking key competitor trends
- Own brand management for several brands
- Assist in preparing brand presentations and business reviews
- Coordinate new brand launches with Brand Manager and sales team
- Organize market work and trade trips
- Coordinate shipment of wine samples
- Work with Sales VPs, Regional Managers and distributors to drive brand initiatives
- New business development research
- Serve as brand ambassador as needed at events
- Organize participation in national wine events
- Assist with marketing budget analysis
- Involved in event planning
- Manage Salsify and channels
Qualifications
- Five years of work experience with three years in the wine industry
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a project start to finish
- Ability to work in a small office environment with a willingness to help with a wide array of tasks
- Knowledge of 3-tier distribution system is a plus
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to present information in a concise, persuasive manner, both written and verbal, to all levels of employees, trade partners, customers, and suppliers.
Compensation: From $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
