What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Think Bright Marketing clients
- Coordinate editorial calendars, creative assets, approvals, and moderation of social channels
- Collaborate with teams to create engaging content (articles, graphics, posts, videos)
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications
- US and Houston area-based applicants only
- 1-3 years of relevant social media experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
- Fluency in major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube) and best practices
- Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., FB Insights, YouTube Analytics) is a plus
- Strong multitasking and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to emerging digital trends
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
