The Director of Marketing is a member of BOGS’ leadership team and is responsible for developing strategy to position and grow the brand. This role has equal responsibilities to lead our wholesale marketing efforts as well as our direct sales growth on bogsfootwear.com. As part of a small team, this person will move seamlessly between setting strategy one moment to executing the details the next. Overall, it is an amazing opportunity to own and work on marketing concepts from end to end.

What You’ll Do
· Develop brand strategy and manages creative agencies and freelancers to set brand direction (including voice and visual identity).
· Set seasonal strategies for introducing new products and brand initiatives.
· Set direction on photo and video shoots to ensure consistent brand presentation.
· Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that will grow brand awareness and strengthen consumer connection.
· Manage seasonal catalog process that includes studio shoots, copy, and layout.
· Collaborate with sales team on how best to support accounts through co-op, instore graphics, and product training.
· Lead and manage design and production of POP, packaging, and tradeshow materials
· Oversee ecommerce performance in the US and CA.
· Propose site enhancements and designs A/B tests in collaboration with web team to improve conversion and user engagement.
· Manage relationships and initiatives with digital marketing vendors to acquire and retain customers.
· Set and manage the annual marketing budget.
· Lead the ReUse a Boot Program and other give back initiatives.
· Serve as a key member on the sustainability team and BOGS’ effort to lower its bootprint.
What We’re Looking For
· 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
· Familiarity with ecomm analytics using tools like GA4 and Heap.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
· Leadership skill with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage agencies and freelancers.
