Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, CA or Bay area-based preferred

Role
Bloomi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our social media channels, influencer and ambassador programs, events, and email marketing efforts for both DTC and wholesale. The ideal candidate will have a background in CPG and/or beauty or personal care and a proven track record in driving growth and engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities
General
- Efficiently manage key marketing initiatives and channels.
- Own monthly marketing reporting, ensuring KPIs are met & strategic insights are shared
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow all social media channels
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Own the social calendar and work cross-functionally to hit key dates and sales opportunities
- Monitor trends and implement new strategies to enhance our social media presence
- Report biweekly metrics and trends to the team
Influencer & Ambassador Programs:
- Build and manage influencer and ambassador programs to increase brand visibility
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors
- Create and execute campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships to drive growth
Email Marketing:
- Manage DTC and wholesale email marketing calendars
- Create email marketing campaigns that can be utilized across DTC and wholesale
- Develop and execute content strategies for email campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email marketing performance
- Grow subscriber base
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Oversee the creation and execution of compelling content across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Develop and implement strategies for content growth and engagement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on CPG, beauty, or personal care industries.
- Proven track record in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Experience in managing email marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, Later, Canva, Google Analytics). Shopify website development is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
