Position Description
As a Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind all marketing strategies and execution. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a hands-on orientation. They will have a strong strategic orientation while also being action-oriented, and capable of driving the vision and mission of the company. We are seeking a charismatic leader with strong business acumen who can expand the organization’s external presence while developing the strategies and operational marketing infrastructure to support achievement of the Company’s objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of a global marketing organization from demand generation, growth, product marketing, corporate marketing, brand, AR/PR, etc.
- Build an efficient, metrics-driven demand generation machine. Generate leads at scale.
- Develop and execute the company brand story in a compelling manner at the regional and global levels.
- Develop, manage, and analyze the sizable advertising budget, while setting the direction for the allocation of it and other marketing resources across the company.
- Develop and lead a team of Marketing professionals covering everything from web development to content marketing to traditional and digital marketing to public relations, and more, with a focus on innovation, engagement, and flawless execution.
- Design brand positioning, value proposition and messaging strategy across channels to drive market awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Oversees the creation and execution of global marketing and sales programs along with all required collateral materials necessary to increase market share and channel penetration along with current product portfolio or new product launches.
- Accountable for strategies to maximize earnings while maintaining a competitive positioning in the marketplace to achieve top line sales growth, grow market share and maximize profits.
- Monitor and strive to maintain consistency between Sales and Marketing efforts and ensure high standards for executing business initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Advanced degree/MBA and 12+ years of Marketing leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in running global enterprise marketing teams for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience in Payments, Banking or Financial Services industries.
- A strategic thinker capable of managing all aspects of marketing and setting the overall direction for the marketing organization.
- Deep experience in building and running a modern, complex demand generation organization.
- Strong experience in product marketing - synthesizing customer/market research to develop messaging, positioning, and packaging for B2B products.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing, high growth environment, in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is paramount to achieving success.
