Position Overview: We’re searching for a passionate and data-driven E-mail Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic email and SMS campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Who You Are:
- You're an e-commerce marketing expert with a proven track record of success in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Have 2+ years of exp in email/lifecycle marketing.
- You have a strong understanding of the subscription business model and its unique marketing needs.
- Klaviyo is your BFF - you know it inside and out and can leverage its power to create high-converting email campaigns.
- You're a data guru - you love diving into campaign results and using them to inform future strategies.
- You wear many hats and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate campaign goals and results to stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic email and SMS marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, welcome, nurture, win-back, etc.)
- Craft compelling email copy that resonates with our target audience and drives action.
- Design and A/B test email layouts and calls to action to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage subscriber lists and segments to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
- Analyze campaign data and use insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms
- A deep understanding of SMS marketing best practices.
- Experience working with a subscription-based business model.
