We are looking for a Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing to lead influencer, social and campaign strategy for the brand. This role reports into the Chief Commercial Officer and will manage a small team.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing vision and strategy that will drive topline growth and company KPIs
- Lead and deliver 360 marketing: owning integrated marketing calendar activities inclusive of product launches, brand activations, commercial moments and retailer support partnering with commercial, product and creative teams
- Develop annual brand marketing budgets
- Develop and support brand media strategy, optimizing budget spend and performance
- Partner with Creative and cross-functional partners for digital assets, media content, social content, collateral, event visuals, and retailer needs
- Identify and size white space product and commercial marketing opportunities, driven by opportunity size, Brand differentiating opportunity and consumer insights (desk research, building surveys) to drive the business, while delivering a strong ROI.
- Create materials for internal and external meetings with stakeholders to present marketing programs (i.e., 360 activation plans, market meetings).
- Lead, mentor and develop brand marketing team
- Lead influencer marketing strategy, both paid & organic
- Lead organic social media strategy, and support execution and planning
- Brief in compelling product messaging & educational content to support product marketing efforts
Required Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty, particularly color cosmetics
- Experience in brand marketing for omnichannel brands
Preferred Experience
- Strong product marketing background and omni-channel go-to-market experience with ULTA brands.
- Experience working with small, growing startup brands, with an understanding of how to execute in a fast, iterative, scrappy way
- Experience leading a small team or in a project role working across multiple departments, vendors and been involved with field sales team education
