Job description
ABOUT VENTURA TRUST
Ventura Trust (VT) works exclusively as a trustee for a retirement plan called an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and serve more than 150 ESOP-owned companies. We are a dynamic team of 22, working on client service, client support, and company management issues. As an ESOP Trustee, VT buys, owns, and sometimes sells companies on behalf of our client’s employees, working at the intersection of finance, M&A, and social equity.
VT is people oriented, offering a unique work environment, competitive salaries, and excellent benefits. We have been a virtual company since we began in 2016, with each team member working at home, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO. We have been able to hire the best people, regardless of where they live, without requiring relocation because of this flexibility.
Other benefits include fully paid employee health insurance with 50% paid for dependent coverage, access to an HSA, dental and retirement plans. We believe when our team members are treated well, they do their best work.
