Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in planning, building, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive leads and enhance the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will excel in developing data-driven strategies and content to attract and convert leads, working closely with the MDR/SDR to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute outcome-based multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
- Own and align closely with cross-functional marketing colleagues to measure and analyze campaign results, insights, and best practices, optimizing campaigns where needed.
- Develop clear, compelling lead generation messaging and assets to support campaign interaction points - at times including landing pages, event messaging, and social media.
- When necessary, partner and collaborate with third parties to craft compelling campaigns to increase audience reach when needed.
- Work with the cross-functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize your digital marketing campaigns within your region.
- Map out persona-based journeys and understand their trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Partner and collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our global portfolio, target audiences, new markets, etc.
- Work side by side with the MDR/SDR, handing over inbound leads for further qualification and development.
- Support our existing positive, productive working relationships within the marketing team and key internal and external stakeholders, fostering belief in marketing’s role in business growth.
- Support and advocate for SpinifexIT’s global branding guidelines, best practices, and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and metrics as defined by Marketing and Sales Operations.
Qualifications:
- Existing and proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on inbound lead and demand generation that supports the build of the sales pipeline.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with the ability to identify other channels
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and how it integrates with marketing strategies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
