The Role
Level All is looking for an experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about building brands with purpose. In this role, the VP of Marketing will drive the strategic direction of all marketing efforts, including planning, developing, and executing marketing materials and campaigns, managing in-house and external resources, and driving revenue growth within all Level All audiences. Experience with digital media and performance marketing is key. You will lead a small internal marketing team, external agencies, and collaborate with our digital content developers, sales, engineers, product management, sponsor partnerships, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
This is a full-time regular employment (FTE) opportunity with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite in our HQ in Midtown Manhattan, 1 day remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the internal and external team fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and desire to make a positive social impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cross-channel marketing plan aligned with Level All’s strategic goals, objectives, and brand positioning to support growth, as the go-to leader for on-line guidance with attainment of higher education and/or future career
- Stay current with digital/social marketing trends and best practices to lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising/storytelling
- Collaborate with our digital content developers, sales, engineers, product management, sponsor partnerships, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and marketing ROI backed by proactive insights and data analytics
- Present work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularly
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading and building brands (w/marketing and business sensitivity)
- Multi-channel marketing experience - developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital, PR & media, and all social media channels
- Experience and understanding of the value of data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and lead strategy + creative efforts with a lean team of marketing professionals (internal and external resources)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams as well as corporate sponsors
Additional Information
- Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.
- Compensation range: $225,000 - $275,000 per year. This represents the expected total compensation range for this job requisition, which includes salary and stock. Ultimately, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors in determining our offer
