Job Description:
As the Director of Marketing at Walcraft Cabinetry, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate with other departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Qualifications:
