Company Description:
We are Fusion Cyber, the fastest-growing education company in the cyber talent space. We provide high-quality, virtual cyber security risk management framework (RMF) and security operations training for diverse groups of learners.
Our mission is two-fold. First, we are here to build a generational impact for our students and their families. Second, we protect businesses and the national security of the United States. We feel an urgent responsibility to tackle these immense and essential challenges.
We do this by:
- Partnering with universities that serve diverse populations
- Offering for-credit and non-credit Cybersecurity programs on behalf of these universities
- Providing millions in scholarships to veterans and under-represented groups from non-profits, grants, and Fortune 500 companies to put students through our programs
- Creating pathways into cyber careers with deep relationships with the companies and government organizations that desperately need top cyber talent
The demand for trained cybersecurity professionals has never been higher. We project that our existing programs will grow by 10-20x in the next year and add 2-5 new programs by the end of 2025. The Director of Marketing is a critical hire to help us achieve that audacious goal.
