The FAT Brands Digital Marketing Team is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, customer-obsessed CRM & Loyalty Manager to drive a best-in-class CRM & loyalty experience for guests across the FAT Brands portfolio. Reporting to the Senior. Director of Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for crafting and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive guest acquisition, frequency, and retention. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, think strategically about the business, and deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys that enhance brand image, improve user experience, and drive business growth.
· Gain a thorough understanding of all digital systems and uphold best practices and standards for campaign execution.
· Participate in campaign ideation, copywriting, and editing to ensure all marketing programs and touchpoints reflect each brand's identity.
· Oversee the monthly digital marketing calendars, create detailed project plans and creative briefs, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
· Monitor and analyze performance of CRM & Loyalty initiatives, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate franchisee onboarding and training for digital marketing and loyalty programs.
· Research and stay current with industry news, digital marketing trends, best practices, and regulations, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to discover unique promotional strategies for each brand.
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
· 4+ years’ experience and proven results executing CRM, loyalty and customer journey building in the restaurant or retail space.
· Working knowledge of Loyalty & CRM platforms like Punchh, Sparkfly, Iterable, SMS platforms like Attentive, and CDP systems.
· Proven experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM segmentation, and channel-specific reporting tools required.
· Strong understanding of email and mobile marketing best practices, data hygiene and CAN-SPAM laws.
· Outstanding organizational skills and detailed project management experience; ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong desire for collaboration and proven track record developing collaborative partnerships.
Compensation:
· $65,000 - $75,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
