Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at Bearefoot Shoes. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, develop and implement email marketing campaigns (must be familiar with Klaviyo), managing promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the production of marketing materials. Email marketing will be a heavy emphasis for this role.
Qualifications
- Must be able to develop and implement high-converting email marketing campaigns
- Ability to complete A/B testing and data analysis
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
- Content Creation and Social Media Marketing knowledge
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the footwear or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
