Marketing Coordinator
This is an entry level position at a Design and Marketing Agency. Clark Studios is a full-service marketing agency that specializes in providing creative solutions to help our clients grow and succeed. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing campaigns, print design, digital advertising, and social media management. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is currently part time but could easily grow into full-time work. CLARK STUDIOS is owned by husband and wife team, Justin and Alissa Clark and have been operating in Southern California for over 20 years, specializing in helping businesses update and refresh their Brand Identity to reflect their core mission and values and to provide a unique position in the marketplace.
Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator at Clark Studios is an entry level position and will play a supportive role managing day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves a basic understanding of conversion psychology and message creation, managing social media accounts, managing digital advertising campaigns, email drip campaigns, blog posts and assisting with other marketing activities as needed for both Clark Studios and our clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and passionate about marketing and helping our company and our clients reach their goals. There is opportunity for this role to grow into a full time position with increase in pay or salary from what is listed here (negotiable).
Part Time: 20+ Hours a week (Opportunity for this role to grow into a full time position)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure marketing materials are aligned to the campaign.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and logistics.
- Assist with market research and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
