Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to set up and manage our TikTok Shop in the US, while also overseeing our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· TikTok: Establish and manage BeMe Wellness’s TikTok social media account as well as TikTok Shop in the US, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions.
· Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
· Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including videos, images, and copy.
· Community Engagement: Manage and monitor social media channels, interact with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
· Social Media Strategy: Help implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals, including increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Analytics Monitoring: Track social media performance using analytics tools, and report on key metrics to inform strategy improvements.
· Trend Research: Stay updated on current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
· Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· Strong passion for and experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
· Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics, especially TikTok.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
