The VP, Strategy Consulting leads our strategy consulting practice responsible for managing the business strategy and change management of our clients' digital transformation journeys.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead our digital strategy practice
- Develop business strategies based on personalized customer experiences for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with C-level client executives to plan and execute large scale digital transformation initiatives, taking advantage of state-of-the-art enterprise technology
- Manage digital strategy consulting projects to meet performance and profitability targets, coordinating with other Tahzoo teams focused on mar-tech systems development & integration, data science and UX design
- Grow and manage a dynamic team of digital strategy consultants
- Serve as a member of Tahzoo's delivery leadership team
- Support pre-sales efforts
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer-facing business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Demonstrated experience playing a leading role in planning and implementing digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Manager/principal/partner experience from a strategy or digital transformation consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Accenture, Big-4, boutique strategy or digital firm)
- Familiarity with key mar-tech systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, DAM, CDP) and AI applications for experience personalization
- Proven people management and development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad spectrum of cultural differences, in particular with C-level executives
- A Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent business training
- Ability to travel up to 30% under normal circumstances
Salary Range: $120-200k
Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
