Role Overview
We are looking for someone who wants to grow and are excited about taking the Vale Brand to the next level. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive social media strategies, content creation, and engagement across multiple platforms, field marketing, influencer management and more. You will work closely with our team to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and create captivating content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the team to proactively devise strategies for our social media accounts.
- Content Management: Utilize shared drives and Lightroom albums to manage photo content effectively.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with current trends and industry insights to optimize content strategy.
- Engagement: Manage and respond to all communications with followers promptly, fostering a strong community presence.
- Organization and Planning: Maintain a highly organized approach to pre-plan and schedule content, fostering engagement and growth.
- Content Creation: Develop a strong brand voice and maintain consistency across social media platforms through high-quality content creation, including photos, videos, Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikToks.
- Dynamic Onsite Presence: Capture behind-the-scenes moments and weekly specials at restaurant locations, ensuring a dynamic skill set for diverse content creation.
- Influencer Management: Reaching out and establishing relationships with key influencers in all cities we have a location in.
- Field Marketing: Contribute to field marketing efforts by setting up events and capturing content.
Requirements
- Experience with Instagram, Reels, TikTok, X, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting skills and strategic campaign management expertise.
- Strong communication skills and good with technology
- Proven track record in platform management.
- Proficiency in using content creation digital tools (i.e. professional camera).
- Exceptional organizational skills for content planning and engagement growth.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Lightroom), Planoly, Asana.
- Ability to travel between restaurant locations (Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties
