Job Title: Head of Marketing
We're looking for a Head of Marketing ready to take the lead in shaping our marketing efforts from the ground up. With our products gaining significant traction among leading brands, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft strategies that will directly influence our company's growth and presence in the industry. Our company is fully remote, but we're opening an office in Miami. We'll give preference to candidates in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale Area, but that isn't a requirement.

Our cofounders, Jonathan Osborn and Mat Mullen, founded Presidio in 2013. We’ve bootstrapped the business from day one and have since scaled to 70 team members spanning the US, Canada, and Europe.
Our Shopify themes and apps power over 50,000 stores globally and have generated $100M revenue for our clients. About our team:
We’re largely a remote team, but we believe there’s no substitute for meeting in person. We organize small off-sites twice per year to work a little and mostly spend time together. Some of our previous off-sites have been in Majorca, Munich, and Mexico.
We’re focusing on growing Presidio as a profitable, sustainable business. We mean it when we say we’ve bootstrapped - we’ve never raised a dollar from outside investors. We’re looking for long-term members of our team. Many of our team members have worked with us for 5+ years, and our management team has had 0 turnover for years.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance Presidio's brand identity and market presence.
- Create and implement product marketing plans that effectively communicate the value and features of our Shopify apps to target audiences.
- Roll up your sleeves and get the job done, but also know when to delegate.
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing content, including case studies, testimonials, and product collateral.
- Identify and engage satisfied customers to generate content for marketing materials and success stories.
- Leverage customer content across multiple channels, such as social media, email campaigns, blogs, and industry publications.
- Implement cross-selling initiatives to promote additional products to existing customers and increase overall product adoption.
- Coordinate with the Head of Partnerships and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep marketing efforts current and competitive.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, focusing on brand and product marketing in the tech or e-commerce sector.
- Proven expertise in brand development and management, with a strong understanding of maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Experience in product marketing, including go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong content creation abilities and sense of design, with a talent for storytelling that engages and converts target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Passion for technology and e-commerce trends, with a desire to stay ahead of industry developments.
